He’s pushed his underground buzz to the top 10 of the UK charts in the last year, solidifying his status as one of the most intriguing new musicians to emerge. He released a spate of hits in 2021, including a remix of Destiny’s Child’s “Say My Name,” which helped him get even more fame outside of his hometown.
Pier Pressure, the rapper’s first album, was released on Friday, and to celebrate the occasion, he released a fresh new freestyle. ArrDee’s “Pier Pressure Freestyle” is a double-whammy for fans, as he begins with hard-hitting, boastful bars before transitioning to a more sensitive, introspective verse in the second half of the video.
