The seven-person group’s long-awaited album “MANIFESTO: DAY 1” came out on July 4 KST, starting a new era in their music. Stats from Hanteo show that 768,603 copies of the album were sold on its first day, which is a new record for the group.
This means that ‘MANIFESTO: DAY 1′ has sold more copies on the first day of release than the boy group’s previous record-holder, ‘DIMENSION: DILEMMA,’ which sold 501,748 copies.
The group came together on September 18, 2020, through the reality show I-LAND. They are known as Belift Lab (a corporation jointly founded by CJ ENM and Big Hit Entertainment).
